What You’ll Do:

  • Create and support good matches between caregivers and clients.
  • Handle all scheduling, both short and long-term, and track caregiver availability.
  • Make sure client schedules are fulfilled so they get all the care hours they are approved for.
  • Talk with clients and caregivers, answering calls, being responsive, providing great customer service.
  • Ensure accurate, up-to-date digital client and employee files.
  • Help with after-hours scheduling in a shared rotation (evenings and every other weekend).

What You Bring:

  • Relevant Work History: 2+ years of experience in scheduling, staffing, or customer service.
  • Care Experience: Experience or training in health care, social work, or community services considered an asset.
  • Attention to Detail: You are organized and precise, making sure nothing is missed.
  • People-First: You build trust with families and caregivers through clear, kind communication.
  • Good with Tech: Experience with digital cloud-based scheduling software, CRM tools, and other digital apps.
  • Team Player: You work well with others, take ownership of your results, and jump in to solve problems.
